By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use our services.
2. Personalised products
Many of our products are made to order and personalised. As they are unique, production begins only after you approve the model or the specifications provided.
3. Timeframes and production
The production times shown are estimates and may vary with the complexity of the project and the production queue. We will communicate any significant changes.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Online payment (Stripe and PayPal) is being set up; until then, we arrange payment with you directly after the order is confirmed.
5. Returns and warranty
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. As these are personalised items, returns for change of mind follow the conditions set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are assessed case by case.
6. Intellectual property
By sending files or references, you confirm you hold the rights needed to reproduce them. The content, brand and visual identity of the site belong to Studio Hikari 3D.
